In-Store Pickup Policy

At PROMO MATERIAUX, we do not offer a shipping service. However, we do provide a simple and quick in-store pick-up service for all our customers.

1. Availability of Orders

1. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS as soon as it is ready for collection.
2. Orders are generally ready within 0 to 1 business day after validation.

2. Pick-up Location

Orders must be collected from our store located at:
Lot No. 5 Industrial Zone Ain El Aouda Rabat Morocco.

3. Withdrawal Times

Orders can be collected during our opening hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
• Sunday: Closed

4. Cancellation of Order

1. If you cannot collect your order within 7 working days , it will be automatically cancelled unless you notify us in advance.
